I think this is a new idea (for me). But it's not almost good idea. I think people use search engines with two criterias: fast and accurate. Maybe they will receive the best search result but must wait to other ones search and send it to the page. In addition, If there are many people send their results, which will decided the best. If the requester decides it, they also have to check all the results again. I think all this processes will be spent too much time.
