Altcoins under $ 1 is not necessarily not potential because it is important that the development strategy of the founder of the coinmarketcap when it can increase many times as normal. But some Altcoins i invested over $ 1 but on the coinmarketcap did not increase but decreased and there are many reasons but the founder of Altcoins that no strategy and want to grow also failed.
