Your only trust ratings are extremely negative ratings. I'm not sure why anybody would pay you a 10% fee to give you their BTC for your Paypal. They are giving you something more valuable and receiving less than it's worth in a currency that can be reversed even 60-days after it has been received/sent.

You also mention that you are willing to accept escrow, but escrows don't generally deal with Paypal for exactly the aforementioned reasons; they have no control over the funds.
