Hi EgyKing, the impact on the target of the investment is huge. Right now they can't raise funds via equity without legal, due diligence and corporate finance costs and this is what we're reducing right down.
Perversely, start-ups get an easier ride raising equity, because there are plenty of platforms out there serving them, with mad valuations based on hockey-stick forecasts. Our focus is not on start-ups but on businesses with financial track records - which are the vast majority, and full of really attractive investment opportunities.
