Though there are people that has made their account to rank up but I bet these members are an extraordinary or genius when it comes to technicalities of this forum and could be able to produce high quality post from the technical aspects of this forum more likely IT experts and computer programming genius just one post for that aspect they could gather more or less 10 merits per post. So we could expect that achieving full member rank would only be a 10 post for them. And in the likes of us newbie? Well, no comment. LOL
I wholeheartedly disagree.
I am currently the 25th most merited poster on the forum, having earned 498 merit at time of writing. I am not an IT expert, a programmer, or a genius. I certainly don't think I'm an extraordinary poster. The only reason I'm a
good poster is because the bar is set so low by the thousands of spammers dragging down the average.
My advice to newbies looking for merit is always the same - read far,
far more than you post, and only post at all if you have an original, coherent thought that hasn't been said 100 times before.
