on the other hand i just received an email from minex saying to complete all kyc/aml (did that and passed a long time ago) and to choose your delivery method - can't find that option anywhere?
I also have received an email like yours and when I log in my account on minexpay.com so all information is correct and successfully passed though KYC/AML and also delivering address . Maybe I only wait for a while to get a card or I must do something else?
