Same here. I opened 1 ticket and I'm waiting in the line. Volume is twice the average of the last days and 5 times the usual volume, so I guess they've other problems to deal with and it'll be no help to open more than one support ticket.

Actually it prevents me from selling @ 90 so I'm happy with that unexcpected hodl.
