It really is hard to believe that there are some ICOs who are intended to scam people. There are all hypocrits and rely on the weakness of people especially those who are new to bitcoin. So sad.
People are wasted on such projects. This obviously will not lead to anything, and besides the fact that it does not lead to anything, it also robs many honest investors. I think that over time and due to the legalization of cryptocurrencies such phenomena will be rare
