Yep, it pretty much is. BTC is on the top and it will be so in next months, years. The reason is that crypto isn't developed enough to suggest something to replace BTC.
I do not think it is on the top right now, but it is not hit the bottom though.
It is expected to hit its lowest $2000 before it get on the max top, so patience and believe and trust to your trader or your own trading skills
