I heard that the next payment will be paid out without going through KYC, but to get paid in November you will need KYC, in general for me such procedures indicate that the team is working and not dumping their project, they are probably one of the few who are.
Working on what? It's more like the team doesn't want to pay bounty hunters and this procedure weeds them out
We will see, if the investors are required to undergo the KYC then I t think they also want bounty hunters to have the same since
a bounty hunter who receive a fixed monthly ATLANT tokens can be an investor if they will not dump right away.
i don't think the investors require to do kyc, but if the KYC want to use the entire Atlant ecosystem they need to do KYC too
as you can read in the new update from ATLANT
IMPORTANT NOTE: Passing KYC registration will also be required to receive ongoing bounty program payments from ATLANTs 2017 bounty program.
so to receive ongoing bounty the bounty hunter need to do KYC
