I agree with you. There are many ICO in the market that you cannot determine if its a good ICO or not. Its is way harder now compared before. The things that i consider everytime i invest i look at the project itself. If it is a good project or not. I also do research the company behind the project because of many scam nowadays. Next is i check the team who is monitoring the project. Like the marketing team and the people behind bounties on how they market the project. I think its essential that the marketing team is really good. If your going to invest you can check this project.
