For me Bounty campaigns are also risky because there are still many projects out there that are scam. The risk is still there because you are giving your efforts and time.
But the risk associated is lower than putting your money in crypto to invest.
You work as a bounty hunter and some are just doing it for fun, so it's not really a big deal in terms of comparison of risk against investing.
It can be a job if you can make enough for the living, but for me it's not something I should consider a job.
