Its very hard to find out which ICO will be successful. There are too many scammy ones or with irrealistic projects.

Exactly, most of the rating sites takes some charge. Only few sites are there where we can find fair reviews but very hard to find. Yes, lets hope for better days, maybe after some regulations. I lost trust in all
