Looking at a lot of charts and for now I only see bitcoin rising first and altcoins following by the end of november/ mid december. Growth is in the new money coming in and that'll likely first be in bitcoin/XRP and then the rest. I'm HODLing, because VIA is a hard one to accumulate at a bottom.
As Romano said on twitter, VIA's volume went up a lot on Binance, while the price didn't jump too much, something wipp happen for sure with VIA's price in my opinion
