ICO already ended. From what I've read on their official telegram group, the team is still currently organizing the distribution, updates about the distribution will be released soon.
It's also good to see TXN listed on another exchange. Hopefully they will get listed on major exchanges soon too.
Bilaxy (like some other exchanges - Bitforex, Hotbit etc.) listing new tokens even without developers. They just want to increase volume on new hyped projects. Does they have plans listing to some top exchanges like Binance, Huobi, Kukoin, Bibox?
