it depends on what you want and on your skills level in my opinion you can find your way in both of this spheres
In my opinion that would always matter to the needs of a bitcoiner either to choose for bounty or trading. Well both of them have different functions and both can be stayed for good as well. The skills of thr expertise can matter most as the bounty and trading come along.
