I do not agree that the Universa project is a scam. They do a lot, but they do it slowly. They promise much more than they do. From here comes all the negative.
they must work on this habit then because it's a very bad habit. if they cannot do something they should not make any promises about that. and if they do a promise they must complete their promise. otherwise, they will look just very unprofessional and not serious about their company. if they are serious about their project and really want to work on it for long term then they must take their words seriously.
Come on, they are doing their best. They made their promises but no one said they will not hold their promises. Just give a little more time. Every project I know about promises a lot and don't do it in time. Just look how long it took for Bitcoin to implement SegWit (Which is still not widely used) or Lightning (Still testing). Look how long it takes for Ethereum to implement Casper. That's alright. That's completely new field, devs can't predict when they will develop things exactly. Most important is that they advance, slowly but steadily.
