I think that the work will be carried out in parallel in several variations. Now users need different versions of the application. MVP helps you identify the number of interested users and get feedback on testing.
The team has not yet reported on the creation of the MVP. As I see in the roadmap, we will see ready-made versions of the application in March 2019.
