Compared to
BITBLENDER services, i can make some notes and i hope it could be helpful for your community:
Fees: your fees are so cheap compared to all the mixers in the market (not only Bitblender which varies between 1 to percent) so how would you confirm that you keep this commision stable whatever the amount to mix or the growth of your compagny?
Fast Processing: Bitblender makes your coins instantly available for withdrawal the moment your deposits are confirmed, is it the same process in Bitcoin-Laundry or should i wait some time (i think this point should be clear before a user opens his first session).
Simultaneous Deposit Addresses: With Bitcoinblender you can send your unmixed coins to five different addresses at once, is this option available in Bitcoin-Laundry or we just have one deposit address per session?
Bonus/referral programs: This is not necessary to be set but it can help enlarge your community. I make this note as a suggestion as those programs may let the world know about you.
I didn't use your mixer yet and i don't know if am eligible for your tip. If yes, just let me know and i will post my btc address.
Anyway, i really liked your website (suggest my friends to use it) and wish you a good a luck .
- Fees: we think that 1% is reasonable for now. We plan to make promos later were we reduce the fee for some time. The transaction fee will be used to cover the costs of our network fees and the 1% service fee will be used for our server costs, advertisement etc.
- Processing Time: payout is done immediately after the incoming transaction from the user has 1 confirmation (if the user does not decide for delayed payout).
- Simultaneous Deposit Addresses: This is a nice feature on their end which is easy to integrate. We will consider putting it on our site.
- Bonus/referral programs: Our coders are working on it right now and we will push it to the site asap.
First of all, you should definitely add a Letter of Guarantee to your service.
- I liked how you use the number of confirmations instead of hours to let the user delay their mixing. But I would prefer if you let the user decide for himself instead of randomizing how many confirmations is needed. I tried creating a new session multiple times to get something like 6-10 confirmations but never got a delay lower than 14 confirmations.
- You should add a calculator to show how much the user will get after fees to the amount he sends. E.g: if you send 0.00153022
BTC, you will receive 0.00143492 after the 1%+0.00008
BTC fee.
A small issue: When I was mixing the coins, the "Total transaction fee" showed was "8.0E-5 BTC";
Right now, I'm waiting for the mix to complete (I choose to delay it). I'll edit the review with more details when I get my coins.I received my coins after the 14 confirmations and everything went well.
Also, just a quick fix to the previous user:
Fees: your fees are so cheap compared to all the mixers in the market (not only Bitblender which varies between 1 to percent) so how would you confirm that you keep this commision stable whatever the amount to mix or the growth of your compagny?
That's not true. At least 5 other mixers have a lower fee than the 1% he uses. And one mixer doesn't have any fees at all (it's a pay-what-you-want strategy), you choose if you want to donate them a small fee or not.
We saw that a few services offer a letter of guarantee. With this letter the user can prove to the service, that he has sent them the coins. However the service knows this anyway. So if the service wants to pay out, the LoG is not needed and if they want to rip the user, they can just ignore the letter.
The "8.0E-5 BTC"-Bug is on the todo-list. It occured when we reduced the transaction fee from 0.0002 to 0.00008 BTC and is only an error in the way it is displayed.
