I really think that this is one of the main reasons of why ethereum has been so affected by the bear market, it's true that all the coins have been affected by it but ethereum has been hit the hardest and this is because ethereum has a big reliance on being used as a way to invest in icos and if most icos begin to fail very rapidly as is the case right now, then the demand for ethereum goes down and the price suffers because of it.
