how did you come to that conclusion? have you actually backtested TA-based trading systems and chart patterns? or are you just assuming, and then deducing that fundamental analysis must be more reliable?

i think a lot of new traders misapply TA and don't implement risk management, then they turn around and blame TA for their own failures. i've been trading the technicals since 2013. i wouldn't still be doing it if it didn't work. i hardly pay attention to fundamentals or news.
