Stop changing your mind on what is 'fair'. NEX is stillborn unless you stop contradicting yourself.
EDIT: The way I see it, you have NO NEX for trade or bounty UNTIL you create the genesis block in a fair and equitable way. And, that genesis creation should stick to your original post and require 'expressing interest'. After genesis has been created and initial distribution is ejected, THEN you can do what you want with your NEX.
Yes, there is no cost to get NEX coins. That has not changed.
Now, if you happen to also have Nxt coins, then you can exchange them for NEX (subject to a hard limit).
The Nxt folks are limited to 5% of the coins, while everyone else has dibs on 94% of the coins. So what exactly is your issue? You think you deserve more than 94%? (BTW, 1% is for the VisaCoin victims)
