not like impossible mission to get merit since there are many newbies can get it and become junior ranks. New regulation should be a good way to improve every newbies and lessen the pointless posts.
~I have just realized that higher ranks in this forum care to newbies and other lower members as long as we want to try to make useful posts and learn more about forum and cryptocurrency as a whole.
