No point in not being optimistic in this guessing game...  So, OK I will pull a guess out of my rear end:

The USD price of XMR depends on BTC, which we seem to have been rising and falling with, rather than working inversely to of late.

As long as Bitcoin turns up out of the bear market then I hope we will see $7500 - $8500 for end of year BTC and with that XMR at $135 - $165.   To pin it down?   $151

That said, if Elrippo's Friend is closer, I will be very happy to be wrong.
