I suppose you use the old version of the Bytecoin Wallet GUI? Right? Here is a hardfork. Old versions will stop working.
Unfortunately, there is no way to take blockchain here. Sync goes from scratch.
You need to install a new version of v3.3.0. Everything will be fine.
