Maybe it can but there will be more time to see this record . ETH needs to reach 500$ or $600 in this year or the early of 2019 or it will not go back to the previous price even though ETH will be able under $150 or more .
Exactly, ETH is a great potential coin so breaking its highest record again is not an impossible task for this crypto. The fluctuations in the price of cryptocurrencies is quite a normal thing and the dips in the price also won't last for long.
