Definitely hold eth is pretty low right now unless you need the momey so badly no point selling it now. If I were in your shoes I would probably convert portion of it to BTC.
Yes, hold Ethereum, especially when you have another source of an income. Try not to touch the altcoins for a year or two years, and you will get a great profit.
