Nobody can tell you exactly when to buy. In comparison to the last few months the price is relatively low , you can buy some now and just keep adding to that stack every month. This way you can average the price you bought for.
I certainly agree with that, no one and nobody can tell you when to buy bitcoin but I think you should start to invest if you have enough money and do not be scared or hesitate to invest. Lastly, its up to you whenever you want to invest but if you want to have better future you should invest.
