1. The customer places a request with a description of the task. For the convenience of customers and performers, a searching system provides a selection by rating and allows you to find a highly qualified performer quickly or to have an idea of the customers reliability.
2. At the same time, the customers account must have enough i-Point tokens to pay for the contractors services; otherwise, he will not be able to publish the task.
3. Performers submit applications.
4. Customers consider candidates and confirm their choice. The contractor and the customer specify in advance the terms of a deal recorded in the smart-contract.
5. The task goes to work. After its execution, the contractor sends the results of the work for verification.
6. Payment for the finished service/work is carried out in i-Point tokens.
7. If the work had been violated the conditions fixed in the smart contract, an arbitrator includes in the dispute resolution. The arbitrator acts as a third party in the multi-signature of the smart-contract.
8. All actions of the parties are stored in the smart-contract and affect the reputation of both the customer and the contractor, changing their rating.
