Yep.  The next logical step to take would be to only allow Sr. Members and above to participate in signature campaigns, and there have already been some campaigns by reputable managers who've started doing this already.  Jr. Members would still be allowed to spam social media for their bounties, but that wouldn't add to the spam on bitcointalk--or at least it'd be contained in the altcoin bounty section where it belongs.

We'll see how this all works out.  Theymos is slow to make changes, and he's being prudent by being that way.
