well...DOGE has passed BTC in 24 HOUR Volume per CMC...is this the first time ever that has happened? (sorry only joined cryptos last november...)

until recently LTC was the only thing that even came close. Maybe during some LTC frenzy it did, but I seriously doubt it as all the LTC frenzies were during BTC frenzies.
This is definitely historic moment. DOGE is proving that BTC is vulnerable. If DOGE can unseat BTC's trading volume, then it isn't so crazy for people to accept NXT unseating BTC market cap. I would much rather have BTC marketcap for NXT than BTC trading volumes.
