Some coins that I know is updating weekly in their telegram whats happening in their projects and they still focus on executing their roadmaps and They dont care what price in the exchange they have. Because they know the best will survive afterwards and soon the market will recover their coin price will recover as well. And when that time comes their products is ready and waiting to be use.
