Mercatox was not an exchange supporting the swap. We reached out to them both to resync HOLD and also the inform them of the swap. They never did resync their HOLD wallet when we offered them help. For the swap they asked for 1 BTC which was a bit much. Your best bet is to reach out to their support and ask if they will honor the swap for you.
