The AI, learns the behavior the miner over time through different variables underlined in proof of utilitarian.  So we use proof of utilitarian, meaning we are learning the behavior of miners through different variables including performance, trustability, availability and cost benefit. These variables make up a cloud score for the miner. Based on the score, they are able to price their services higher or lower depending on the score.
