By popular demand in the Logo POLL that was posted recently, most users like the original design, but with a few tweaks.
What are your thoughts on this version of the Coin's image?

Just leave it like this ^^^ its clean and the words around the rim, I think; should be slightly blurred as they are. Its a perfect design IMO for a coin named USDe.
It does not meet the requirements of a good logo according to branding-theory. It's a very good design indeed, but not a good logo.
