No. That's not the case. Bounty tokens are locked for 30days.
What seems to true is that all these trades were done by private investors + team itself. Very obvious price manipulation.
In fact if you look at their smart contract on etherscan.io you can see that they only have distributed very small amount of tokens to the public. Its about 0.5% of all publicly sold tokens. They only sent amounts 10.000tokens and less. If you hold 50+ this will take a while.
This is basically proves that all that high volume an big pump happened because team itself manipulated the price. Many people wanted to dump but 99% of those people dont even have anything to dump, because tokens are simply not even distributed.(they promissed distribution 2h after token sale end)
