I opened an account 2 days ago with anonymous details as you advised. To be honest I made two accounts but  I didn't set a password  when opened first account so I opened second one. I didn't ask for any bonus.  I made a btc deposit, placed two bets. Next day I couldn't login to my account, couldn't reset my password and it seems you blocked my IP.
