What makes you compare a network which is not even properly out with another network which is out there since years with a strong team behind. EOS is all talks, whereas over the time ETH has shown the world how it can handle literally millions of transactions. though, there were times like cryptokitties or bancor ICO but the load the network had, they still handled it.
