Honestly speaking, there are many ICO's with the same concept of healthcare and medical related platforms that were already created for the past few years and to be able to create one again was not just impressive but a risky decision too. Atlantico must be different.

you have a point I encounter that same concept of the project but there's improvement Atlantico are tracking you to the nearest medical center price insurance and pharmaceutical are all registered which no one can corrupt now its all depend to the team how they deliver to all investor how this trusted.
Yes, there are other project that tried to make a platform for health and medical but they failed. And yes, this is a challenge for a company who run a business for 31years.
