the best altcoin for investment I think is still ethereum, but maybe now there are lots of altcoins that have the potential like cardano and neo. so for now there are good and potential altcoins available.
Even so I still believe that the best altcoin to invest is ethereum,
and even though ethereum's price is currently declining, I still believe the price will recover soon
