What motivates you to Hodl?

Hodling or more conventionally put, long-term investment has always been a part of financial and commercial investments. And people were quick to identify the potential of profits in cryptocurrency due to the high volatility. And it was accepted it as a digital asset.

being honest I would say this is the main reason why many people like bitcoin, altcoins and ICOs. this capacity that has to propel returns of 2X, 3X and sometimes more than 10X has made many people start buying cryptos in hopes of becoming rich. I once saw a post from a guy who said he bought a few bitcoins and that after years of trade he had managed to get a lot of bitcoins worth $ 400,000. this was unbelievable and there are many people who have made a lot of money with this crypto market.

If you are into bitcoin for the product and not profit, then you would be less interested in the profits and more interested in its increased adoption and application. Then you can view it as national currencies, which have value based on what it can purchase, but bitcoin has more applications as it is built on the blockchain technology.

there are few people who are interested in bitcoin because of the technology, but this is due to the fact that not all people have the same tastes and objectives. just like in everything in life. there are people who love mechanics and there are people who just want to drive their cars without even caring about the mechanics behind the car.

combine trading and hodling.

this is the best strategy, but only if the person has a great knowledge in making trade

What do you hope for the future?
Increased adoption would also be helpful to governments and the citizenry, especially in developing countries, like Nigeria. And we are sure to discover other applications of the blockchain technology

I agree with: " Increased adoption "

What's your biggest fear?

if bitcoin banned in worldwide, that would be my biggest fear
