They are 2 separate projects. The initial BlackCoin founder rat4 is making a new project called BlackNet. BlackCoin will be continued by the current developers. Nothing will happen to your BlackCoin if you decide not to burn them, but you can choose to burn them (or a part of your BlackCoin) for BlackNet if you see potential in the project.
An interesting explanation for me puts a lot in place. That is, the team has gone in different ways, but the new project is ready to accept people from the old project and give them a proportional number of tokens? Or how does it even work?
