Re: How to sleep better?

A routine that we usually have before going to sleep - such as: shower, washing teeth, prepare clothes for tomorrow, good thoughts, no TV, no phone, no computer, I would read a book, no coffee or green tea, maybe black tea with milk and honey. I like to smoke one cigarette before sleep, helps me, not encouraging though ))
