I saw many people already gave you nice suggestions, such as getting a escrow and making one signature per rank.
That's nice and you certainly need these both suggestions. You are paying a lot of money to this campaign, so I will gove you some suggestions so you can make it better:
1- you are recruiting spammers. You need a merit requirement according to their rank. For example, 270 merits for Sr. Members, 520 merits for Hero, an so on... I suggest that in the next week you kick the spammers and accept new members based on their merit points (which is the best post quality indicator).
2- will you pay if 2 USD per post if someone writes 100 useless posts? You need a maximum posts per week that will be paid.
