The bear market is not the best moment to learn in fact it is the worst, you need to learn before you even invest a single dollar in the market because learning while losing money is something that is going to be very difficult for many people to accept because any lessons that they could have learned from the experiences in the market are going to be clouded by the feelings of pain and sadness of losing your money especially if the amount of money that you lost is significant.

So the best thing that you can do right now is to just stay out of the market and wait until things start to improve, I know that compared to many other styles of investing and trading this is not really exciting but it can be really effective if you can time your entry correctly.
