After a losing trade I take a nice big deep breath, accept it, analyse and try to learn from it, so I will not do the same thing again and again
This is what it needs to understand in order to get rid of the mistakes you are performing here you will need to identify where you make mistakes which is resulting in loss for you. Once you done with it then you will have to work on it and then if you start avoiding those mistakes you will get positive results. It is not the solution you are quitting trading but the real solution is to do the same as we are discussing.
