2. XAPO dumped 640k coins;
3. "founders" promoted mybtgwallet scam on their site, that resulted in 2-3 mln USD loss;
4. chain splits at the begining;
5. 51% attack that resulted in 388k coins being stolen and exchanges lost around 18 mln USD;
6. price dump from INITIAL PRICE is 97 %, 500 USD -> 15 USD
7. no LN working on mainnet (copy-pasting code from main BTC github repository)
8. no debit card program
9. delisting from one of the top exchanges like Bittrex, Yobit. Other delisting coming in nearest months

Big plus:

1. site redesign (very huge achievment, so huge)
2. logo redesign for BGold (Shitcoin Gold)
