At this time I can reduce the time I use for gambling. Too long struggling with the same activity ultimately lead to boredom. Now I prefer to use most of my free time for other activities in the real life, especially hanging out with my peers.
I am just a time spender and not addictor of gambling, therefore I just gamble once in a month, because I think that continue gambling will take all my money and will ends up my income source. I just give an hour to online gambling and that is not for making money. Gambling is not a business from which I will earn lot of money rather I just pass my time.
Once a month is fine as it is just for entertainment you are playing and not to make money from it. And also with this frequency you would not get addicted unless daily you start playing which could be disastrous for you.
