This is getting ridiculous. I have now been waiting for 3 months for you to send my items.

I have asked you nicely and had nothing.

Asked again and got even less as you keep making up excuses.

I have replied to your PM but you keep on ignoring it so do i have to ask a solicitor to contact you/speedy in order to get a refund?
