I checked CoinExchange now, it is available for deposit and withdrawal. I checked Mercatox, you can also do both deposit and withdrawal. I haven't checked it with etherdelta, so I'm not sure if PoSToken is available there.
The price is coming from the trades it does on these exchanges. However the volume of the trades is very low and mostly zero.
The problem with this token is that developers are not active and no active promotion is done these days.
You can trade any token on etherdelta as long as you have the contract address
